Craig started his residential closing practice in 1987 and has been serving the Atlanta community for over 30 years. With a strong focus on residential closings and client service, Craig has overseen thousands of successful closings. Craig is a graduate of both the Indiana University School of Law and the Indiana School of Business (M.B.A.).
Joel VanderVeur, Esq.
Joel is an experienced attorney with thousands of residential real estate transactions closed. Joel also has years of experience working with local and state governments across the United States to locate telecommunication assets in the public rights of way.
Joel takes pride in delivering prompt communication throughout the closing process and ensuring a seamless closing transaction. He understands when an agent or loan officer trusts Joel to close a deal by placing his firm on the contract, then everything the firm does is a reflection on that agent or loan officer. Joel recognizes the level of trust and teamwork involved throughout the closing process to make it a flawless transaction for the client.
Joel graduated with a Political Science degree from San Jose State University. He spent his first year of law school at Indiana University Bloomington, before finishing his education and attaining his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
Joel moved to Georgia in 2011 and worked as a Special Assistant District Attorney DeKalb County in the Gang Unit. Joel began working in residential real estate in 2012 and has been involved in real estate since.
Joel and his wife Jennifer met while working for the US House of Representatives in Washington D.C. as Congressional staffers. He is now the proud father of three young children, a boy and two girls, and enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children grow.
